HELP please explain

So not to sound cocky but when i conceived my daughter we just did it. Didnt do opk didnt look at Cm nothing.So now that we had a miscarriage and trying again im driving myself up a wall looking touching smelling spending money on tests. So can someone PLEASE break the cervix high CM watery opk postive neg stuff down in Barney terms.....i brought the digital opk cause i was tired of getting 2 lines and ppl are like oh its neg lol. So im having discharge and its cream white loose but not sticky like how yall post like super super gooey. and cervix lol not to sound rude but idk how yall know where that is im in there feeling shining a light and all and dont know what im looking for.
