Off topic Frozen Birthday Party
We are so broke and I am trying to have a nice 3rd birthday party for my daughter, Penelope.
I made some banners and bought hats w Anna and Elsa. Everything else is just colored stuff like balloons, table cloths braided together, plates, napkins, cups.
I'm searching Pinterest for cheap easy ideas to help make the party special! Any ideas?
