A little help logging cm today

So this morning my cm was kinda sticky/ creamyish but it was clear. Now, it's kinda stringy and clear. According to glow I'm 4dpo. I had eggwhite cm from the 30th to the fifth with it being heavy on the 3rd. Never had my cm change to rapidly that I can recall. How do I log it and what is the clear sticky kind mean? I had a picture for comparisons but lost it.
