Keep getting more and more disappointed

My patience is wearing thin! Me and my husband have been ttc for almost 3 years. I've been seeing a specialist and I currently finished my first dose of clomid 50 mg. I went today for my US and to check my estrogen levels... I have about 13 "unmeasurable" follicles in my right ovary and only 3 on my left one is 10mm. She said my estrogen levels have improved a little ...but I'm so tired of waiting. I have to return this Friday to do another US and check blood again but i guess I'm feeling like a negatively about the whole situation. I know it takes time...but almost 3 years??? Feeling hopeless 😭
