I have a pill question

Bare with me this is a long one...

Ok so i finished a pack on saturday and i don't normally start my period until around 4 days after, now a guy is coming up to see me on friday and i realised i'll probably be on my worst day, which is SO ANNOYING, so i told my friend who said if i start my new pack now, even though i missed 2 days, i won't start my period, i won't be having sex with him so its not that i'm worried about, I just don't want to come on while he's here.

So the big question, if i start my new pack today, will i have a period or will it be delayed until i have an actual break? ( my pill has a 7 day break)
