How much to buy?

I plan to exclusively formula feed. Wondering what I need to buy before the baby is born. How much do I need to buy and what kind do I buy? I’m so lost.

I wouldnt buy much of anything. We had to change formulas 3 times before finding the right match for our guy. Pick one you like, and buy 1-2 smaller cans. It takes about 7-10 days to see how a baby responds to the type of formula

Similac will send samples if you sign up. You could also bring up to doctor to see if they have any samples of different brands. I buy Costco because it's half the price and pretty much the same exact formula as Similac.

Do you have Wic in your area? They’ll give you formula for free but they’ll be contracted with a certain brand

Don’t stock up on formula usually will end up going through a few before finding the one that your baby takes best we tired quite a few found out my son was allergic to dairy so he has to have similac hypoallergenic
