afraid to have sex..

so I'm 7w4d and I'm terrified that having sex is going to cause bleeding and then harm to the baby or cause a miscarriage. I know that miscarriages don't happen for that reason it's already predetermined for the most part genetically but I'm still nervous. my husband has been good about it because I said I just wanted to be a little cautious but now being almost 8 weeks that's too long!!

I know sex can cause spotting in early pregnancy too... is this somethkng anyone else worries about too? any words of wisdom or helpful insight?
