Advice Please?

So A friend and I started Dating when we realized we were starting to develop feelings for each other, But When He found out I couldn’t Have Kids Due to Medical Issues and After me constantly telling him I wasn’t ready to have sex with him, He Broke Up With Me... I really Liked this Guy and We still talk here and there and he Still tries to claim me somewhat and is always telling me I’m gonna be his wife one minute then telling me he doesn’t do feelings the next..... What Should I Do?
