confused

alright so I'm about 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant but the only symptom I've been having is sore nipples and the occasional sore boobs... my last blood draw put my levels went from 30 to 621 in a weeks time which is way more that what they were before my miscarriage which only got to around 400 then dropped to 212 in about 2 days so I'm hopeful but still scared but I haven't had any bleeding or spotting what's so ever has anyone else experienced this?
