Confused!

I’m not sure what to think, I’ve been noticing this dark line forming going down my stomach, ( you know the line you get when you pregnant) well, I’m not pregnant, that I know of, do anyone know what this could be? I’ve been trying for almost 1year to get pregnant, and nothing! I have ovarian cysts and a blocked Fallopian tube so I’ve pretty much given up on getting pregnant and I’ll be 40 in September, do anyone have any advice?
