So annoyed

My SO pretty much barely ever wants to have sex but he says he wants a baby and we can TTC. He doesn't realize that having sex a time or two a week isn't going to get me pregnant. I have been trying for 14 months and most of the months he barely ever wants to have sex. All he does is sit on his ps4 and smoke weed! I can't take it anymore he entirely makes me want to secretly give up and go get birth control and never have any kids at all. It's very sad and pathetice that I have to feel this way because of his actions! Deep down I want nothing more than to have a family but he makes me start to feel different about it!
