Do you agree or disagree with this guy's speech regarding women?

In my college speech class, a 17 year old boy decided to write his speech on women who work outside of the home. He said women who work outside of the home are at fault for gang violence and drug abuse because the mothers are not there to take care of their children. He also said women are the reason behind unemployment because we take the jobs away from the men. We should just stay home, get pregnant, and raise babies. Those were his words. I was surprised that some people agreed, and others were reasonably ready to fight him. What do you guys think?
