Stretching question
So instead of the normal leg cramps that are supposed to accompany pregnancy, my body has decided that it should be my glutes (butt) that cramp while I'm sleeping. It's gotten really painful and I'm struggling to find any stretches to loosen them up since my belly gets in the way. Also, my ab muscles have separated, so there are a few yoga poses that are out, like downward dog.
Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any good glute stretches?
