Head Cold - Suggestions??

I’m 34 weeks and have a nasty head cold.  Congestion, sinus pressure, runny nose, sore throat...  my Dr didn’t have many suggestions.  What natural remedies have you ladies used? 🤧😷🤒

Tylenol seemed to work for me when I had that, also sleeping in a semi upright position!

Idk but it sucks. I’ve had a head cold for almost a week now. My nose is so red and hurts from blowing it so much. I’ve been using Vick’s vapo rub At night too and a humidifier but it doesn’t seem to be working 😒

I tried to eat lots of veggies and an orange everyday along with lots of water. Unfortunately I just had to wait it out.
