prego symptoms

Anyone just not feeling like yourself? I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and this last week I just haven't felt like myself at all. I've been super sick and can't eat and have these persistent headaches that won't go away. I just feel like I'm in a fog all the time. I also feel super restless when I'm trying to relax. my first OB appointment is tomorrow and I'm going to bring up my symptoms with her and make sure everything is ok. I was just wondering if anyone else feels this way?
