Belly Button Piercing??

I’m 13 and badly want a belly piercing. I’m scared it’ll get infected or it’ll hurt really bad.

You'll need a guardian to get it done. Talk to your mom or dad. Whoever is responsible for you. It wont hurt..the clamp takes that away. I didnt even feel mine the 1st time i got it done.. As far as being infected, thats only gonna happen if you mess with it with dirty hands or don't clean it enough.. As long as you keep it clean it should be fine.

tbh i think you should wait. the piercings i wanted at 13 were not at all what i wanted even a few years later at 15-16. obviously i don’t dictate your life or opinions and i think piercings are cool but i highly suggest that you wait til you’re like 15.

Well it's something you have to be responsible enough to take care of properly, and it will hurt.

In my state you often have to be 14+ with a parent consent to get piercings that aren’t on your ears, or 18 without parents consent. The pain only lasts for a few seconds, it did hurt for me but after he finished it didn’t hurt, now it’s just kinda sore if you touch it or bump it. As long as you clean it right, it shouldn’t really get infected. Use saline/sodium chloride to clean it whenever you get it :) (do this 3 times a day) make sure they don’t put too small of a bar in it either, because some piercers do that. You need a longer bar for the healing process. (Got mine yesterday) ☺️☺️ it’s a super cute piercing
