Prenatal Vitamins?

Im on my period after a possible miscarriage not sure but should i start taking prenatal vitamins and which ones are the best to take? What else could i do to prepare my body for a possible pregnancy?

I never took them while pregnant, but I know people who took the gummies. I can't take vitamins it makes me extremely sick.
