could there be somthing wrong!?!😣

could there be a possibility that somthing is wrong with my cycles or my reproductive health if im getting my periods every so often i had me period i bit ago its been 51 days (Dec 6th-10th 2017) sinse my current cycle.the period bfore that in was in july of 2017. to be honest birthcontrol sewms to warp the natural chemicals in my body even tho im trying to get pregnant with my boyfriend.were in a comitted relationship and we both want a baby. but im afraid i cant concive be of my cycles are so off balance. what should i do to conceive naturally? and we aee intimate nearly everyday.. since ive been with him it seems like my cycles want to become normal which is werid because im very irregular and i always have been that way. so i also notice recently that ive been having abnormal spotting and i went to my doctors and she said i might be getting my period again..we also tested for pregancy and it was negative. so what dose this mean?!?!
