Is throwing up after a prenatal a sign?

So I me and my boyfriend BD probably 2 times in my fertile week so I’m due for AF in 2 days and i took a prenatal this morning and probably 3 minutes later I threw up with a nasty taste I can’t even describe. I have taken them before but never actually threw up could this be a sign? 
Or is it just the prenatal causing my morning sickness:( the throw up was more clear than anything a little yellow.

Prenatals can cause vomiting. Mainly due to the increase in Iron. Iron can cause constipation, nausea and diarrhea. My prenatals make me nauseated when I take them without food. Try taking them in the evening before bedtime instead with a little snack. ☺️

prenatal vitamins can cause nausea, that's why I take mine at.night. don't take it on an empty stomach. that'll make it way worse

i took prenatals six months before we started actively trying and i always threw up the pill kinds. my body hated the coating.  i had to switch to the gummies. your body probably is just not tolerating that kind of prenatal.

Well I could always stomach prenatal when I wasn’t pregnant but all of a sudden when I WAS pregnant, I would always throw them up like crazy not even 5 minutes later.

Is throwing up after a prenatal a sign?
