Miscarriage rate?

This is my first pregnancy I’ve been considered NOT high risk, I’ve had 7mc before and one live birth, and am on progesterone but this pregnancy feels just like the ones where I MC and not like I had with my son. I’ve had no morning sickness my breast have stopped hurting 100% of the day and I’m just having horrible cramping on and off all day I’m 9 weeks and at 8 weeks I went in for extreme cramping and they checked on baby and saw a heartbeat but I still feel like I’m going to mc. It’s like I’m counting down the days till I see blood and won’t feel okay till 12 weeks. What are the chances of another MC at this stage. I’m just going crazy thinking about it.
