Could this be implantation bleeding?

I woke up a few days ago with mild cramps in my lower back & stomach. When I went to the bathroom and wiped I noticed a little bit of dark red/brown blood. For the next 2 days I was spotting dark brown blood really just enough to be seen on toilet paper. I haven’t had any spotting since yesterday but I’ve noticed slight headaches and cramps. I’ve also been having to pee a lot more than usual do y’all think it’s a bladder infection or maybe implantation bleeding?
