Urinary Tract Infection?

i got a raging UTI a couple weeks ago. i’ve had them before, but this one was just BAD. after day 3 (waiting for my dr. appointment), i was wiping and there was bloody tissue and it burned to even live.

i was given a 10 day antibiotic and felt a bit better. i took all the meds, but there was still slight discomfort. i thought i was just overthinking it, or it was all in my head. but i woke up this morning and it burned like a hot piece of charcoal was chilling in my bladder.

this was my first pee of the day.

is this something besides a UTI? I’m very worried. please no hate.
