Help! Any clue why?? Extreme tender nipples

Hey, so since the 1 st of January I have been experiencing sore breasts/nipples.

Past 2 weeks now my nipples have been beyond hurting I can't even lay on them or touch them without feeling pain or discomfort.

I went to the doctors about 3 weeks and I told her how I felt and she didn't help me at all telling me that I need to wait a month and see how my symptoms are then.

‼️So my question is does anybody know what it could be?

- I took a pee pregnancy test. On 2/15 (Came back negative)
