Takingbenadryl while TTC/pregnant
I try not to take it every night but at least a couple times a week I have to take a Benadryl before I go to bed to sleep through the night otherwise I wake up every hour and I’m a hairdresser on my feet all day so sleep is essential for my work. Does anyone know if it’s safe to take Benadryl often if your TTC or if your pregnant. THANK YOU in advance!!
