What would you do?

I’m starting to wonder if I need to go to the e.r or a doctor or not for my situation bc unfortunately right now I do not have insurance. I have not had a period since December. I’ve taken multiple pregnancy tests and they all have come out completely negative. But it’s about to be March and still no period. I am ovulating though. I have been taking ovulation tests this month. But do you guys think I should go to a doctor??
