Need some advice

I don't think I have anything but I always heard symptoms can be hidden for awhile when you have some STDS

My ex cheated on me and I want to get tested but don't know how to go about doing it, I'd have to tell my parents of course I'm 18 by the way. I want to get tested for literally all types of STDS possible so how do I go about asking for that while I'm booking an appointment, it's just new to me
