Birth control that doesn’t prevent implantation?

Hello all. So I’m looking for some kind of birth control that ONLY prevents ovulation/ fertilization, and won’t prevent implantation if it fails and I end up pregnant. I’m sick of using condoms because it makes sex worse for me. Is there anything out there I can use?

The copper iud is your only option, but it doesn't prevent ovulation. All hormonal methods work to suppress ovulation, thicken the cm to prevent fertilization, AND thin the lining of the uterine wall to prevent implantation.
