Contractions

Sometimes my contractions feel like I got punched in the stomach 😩

Is that the intensity my OB wants me to have? I was having regular mild contractions yesterday but he wants them to be more intense before I go to the hospital. Sometimes they hurt and sometimes they don’t, I also think I have a good pain tolerance.

That’s the one thing I’m keeping any eye out for, intense contractions. It feels like I got punched in the stomach but my baby is moving a lot right now so I don’t know if that’s what’s causing it or not 🤷🏻‍♀️
