Ovulation newbie please help!!!

Alright I am a complete newbie to this. I have been tracking cervical position, temperature, and using OPKs. My temperature hasnt risen yet (95.78 degrees farenheit this morning, fiancee refuses to turn his damn fan off so i can get accurate temps, theyre always between 94 and 96.58 never higher) but yesterday I got 2 positive opks. My cervical position is low, open, soft. I have watery/eggwhite CM as well. Could I be ovulating but just not getting good temps because of the fan? he wont compromise on it so i either need to sweat myself to death with blankets or just give up trying to pinpoint ovulation.
