17 weeks. I got a random ultrasound today - my doc couldn't find the heartbeat with the Doppler so he dragged in the portable u/s and found it (placenta is on the front of my uterus, hard to hear the heartbeat through all that I guess). Baby's heartbeat was irregular. It was slow and then normal, slow then normal. Doc didn't seem too concerned, just said that they'd keep an eye on it. Apparently it's something that usually sorts itself out. Naturally, I'm panicking anyway. Anyone experience this and want to share the story?
