Please help!

So I've had really bad nausea for about a week now with sore nipples. I NEVER have these symptoms before AF comes. My period is supposed to start for about another 3 days. I took a pregnancy test this AM and got a BFN. My question is if I'm not pregnant could these be just new PMS symptoms?
