Surgery and possible PCOS

I have not been on in a while I had a diagnostic laparoscopy done on 27 and the found cyst on both my ovaries and I go back march 7 and I know that he is going to say I have PCOS so I have a hard road a head of me I need to learn more about PCOS and what I can do from here on out but the upside of thing my tubs were open all I want in life is to be a mom and I am going to fight for it I have taken 6 fail rounds of femara but my cycle are getting more regular and I think the 7.5 mg got me to ovulate but I have a really great O-B GYN that is welling to help so lady's any nice words or advice or info on pcos I would be great
