worried a bit ....advice please

hi girls I had a lap and dye beggining of my current cycle..i had a D&C; and dye pushed through my one remaining tube was discharged with the all clear to conceive...any way we dtd a week later As I was ovulating..im now 7dpo BUT I'm having a throbbing pain on my left side (same side as my tube) the surgeon did advise a possibility of ectopic...im just really worrying now something's wrong (if I am indeed pregnant) I feel a bit silly asking my doctor since 7dpo is ridiculously early but would i be getting pain if embryo was trying to implant in my tube...i know it's too early to test ..i already have (I know I know 🙈) any advice...or am I just worrying over nothing because I'm symptom spotting...thanks x
