I’ve twice now felt like pinching nerve /cramp . More pinching feeling then a cramp but I’m 26weeks 6 days should I be concerned..

My doctor told me yesterday (23 weeks) that if I start cramping, spotting, bleeding, or having any sort of discomfort that they NEED to know and to call them. So if I was you I’d call, most likely it’s nothing but they may want to know for future reference 🤷🏼‍♀️
