ovarian cyst, pregnancy or other?

help a gal out, i am having horrible panic attacks over here.

first up- i have not missed a period since i last had sex or ever and i have done two pregnancy tests with negative results.

however, here are the symptoms:

- round, hard abdomen. i have gained 1.5 stone on my stomach and look abt 5 months preg

- migraines, nausea, dizziness

- cramps

- pressure to the sides of my pelvis, i feel like i can feel my internal organs cramping it is very painful at times

- constipation, gas, trapped wind. i can feel gas bubbles up to my ribs

- lower back pain

i went to my dr and was just given a laxative drink & told to take another pregnancy test 🙁 i am so frustrated!! i want an ultrasound asap.

anyone have any advice or experience on this? or know how to kno the dif between preg / cyst symptoms?? so scared of being pregnant but also in a lotta pain atm.

edit: also if it makes any difference i can pretty much breathe my stomach in til it’s flat which suggests to me it’s just gas/air, would a bump be different? idk
