Hcg Levels experiences

I am currently 4 weeks 5 days and my blood threats are as follows

First: 730

Second: 1162

This was with a 45 hour time gap. Now everywhere I have read has said between 48-72 hours your numbers should double. If my math is correct I’m closer to the 70 ish hour mark for doubling. My progesterone is 20.18. Does this look promising? I’ve had a miscarriage and am worried about everything especially when they called to tell me they want another blood test.
