Just want to be safe I know you can’t take a lot of medicine being pregnant but this heart burn is no joke.

I feel you. I've had horrible heartburn literally since 7 weeks and it got worse as the pregnancy went on. I finally asked my OB about it and she prescribed me some Pepcid. It helps a ton! Now that I'm 34 weeks and baby is pushing on my stomach more, I sometimes have to take one or two Tums in the afternoon in addition to the Pepcid to keep it under control. I just try not to take too many Tums. I'd definitely recommend talking to your OB to see what she recommends if you haven't already. the Pepcid has been a lifesaver for me.
