What are your thoughts on epidural shot?

Taking a physiology class and just wanna hear your opinions and experience! 😄

I had 2. They sucked. The last one injured my spine. It tools almost a year to heal. So I went natural with the last 3. Which also sucked, but it was only a few hours of hell. And pushing was much easier with no epidural.

It hurts like a b*tch, but well worth it as most women who get them say so. I had two c-sections so I had to get them.

It's scary!!! I'm more scared of that then labor 😂 I will never get one I'm too scared to get something in my back

They cause major back problems! I’d rather have a natural labor and suffer through a few hours of insane pain than have an epidural and have lifelong back problems. Before there was no epidural there was no choice but to have a natural labor. The epidural also puts the baby in distress, id just do a lot of research personally.
