Scared moma

So at the begining of this February my 1 Year old (Since februrary 5th 2018) he got the flu so its been about 3 weeks since he got over it and today these horrible spots spread all over his body which were diagnosed as a viral infection (assumed from the flu at the begining of the month) well Im scared, Im 5 weeks pregnant and stressing so bad that this viral infection is gonna hurt him,i ve been crying all day.... Please tell me these spots are just the infection leaving. I cant loose my baby boy.
