Possible miscarriage (I apologize if this is the wrong group)

Hi ladies. So my period is not due for a couple more days. Yesterday I had some light bleeding and a little cramping so I just thought my period was coming early. This morning I am having a ton of bleeding and my cramps are extremely painful, as well as back pain. I feel extremely nauseous as well. Not sure if it’s possible to have a miscarriage before you could even find out if you’re pregnant but I feel like this is what it could be. I’m usually pretty regular and my periods are always the same, this is really painful. It could be just a bad month for me but I’m really not sure. We weren’t trying to get pregnant but haven’t really been preventing either. Kind of if It happens then it happens attitude. I won’t be able to get in to see my doctor today and I’m a full time nanny so finding time to get to the ER is going to be so hard. I’m really stressed out and I just want to go home to bed. I don’t know what this is😔
