EBF and weight loss
I’m EBF my baby boy. I’ve gone 2.5 months so far, which is the longest I’ve been able to breast feed any of my children so far. I’d like to start dropping some baby weight from the pregnancy but i want to do it safely so that it doesn’t affect my supply.
I eat very healthy so I’m not worried about diet. Just looking for good work out tips and tricks.
