Hypothyroidism and exercise
Hello fitness buddies,
I have been working out religiously for the past 4months and I haven’t seen any progress nor have I lost weight. I’m thinking based on my hypothyroidism it’s making it hard to see any progress. I also started on meds for about a month ago. I was wondering if any of you suffer from this. If so, are you guys having hard time losing weight and did the med help in your fitness journey?
