Early labor signs?

Hey guys. Just wondering if these would be considered early labor signs? I have had constant lower back pains for the past 3 days but today i have been getting cramps with a sharp lower back pain. Like to the point i am squirming sitting at work. It continues no matter what position i am. I am 37.5 days.

From what I’ve read, yes they are. But ive also read that the symptoms can last for hours or weeks and arent helpful at predicting how soon you’ll go into labor😕

They can be yes! but like every other symptom they can be just a normal ache and pain of pregnancy 😌 always best to ask your midwife or doc :)

You should time them to see if they are consistent. If they start getting closer together and more painful you should call your doctor.
