Okay Ladies, Is It Really Worth It?

So my husband and I have been TTC for 14 months.

We have both been tested and everything has come back normal! (Thank you Jesus!)

I have been reading a lot of TTC tips & advice.

One thing we have yet to try is putting my legs up in the air afterwards.

So i’m asking for your input.

Is it really worth it? Does it truly help?

Currently I just lay there for 10-15 minutes but that obviously hasn’t changed anything.. yet..
