When will you start using a postpartum waist trainer?

I just bought a postpartum waist trainer. It comes in 3 pieces to help put all my body parts back in place 😂 Anyway curious to know when is it an ideal time to start using it?

waist trainers are extremely unhealthy. use a belly band or a pregnancy girdle

I just got some good ole grannie panties with the girdle band at the front from Walmart after birth! I had a csection and thought they'd never fit but they helped soooooo much!

I used the hospital band while in the hospital. I plan on using the post partum girdle in the hospital instead.
