Mirena Help.

I’ve had Mirena for about a year. It’s been a constant pain. I have 2 week long but regular periods. I swear it feels like I have a uti or something once a week. And now all of a sudden I’m 4 days late. Bloated. And have these crazy hot flashes like every few mins. I’m trying to refrain from googling. But idk. My insurance just got cut Bc if personal reasons. And I’m super nervous. My friends have said it could be a crash and it turn into pre menopause. Or it could but not likely be a pregnancy. If anybody has a similar story or knows more than me please. Help lol.
