Pregnant but spotting?

I just took a pregnancy test last night and it was a clear positive in seconds. My guess is I’m around 5-6 weeks. I’ve been spotting for like 2 weeks now and I’m kind of getting worried. I did sooooo much googling and read so many females saying they spotting most of their first trimester or for the first month etc. It still scares me bc i didn’t bleed at all when i fell pregnant with my son. I’m going to call my obgyn on Monday, and i haven’t had any cramps or pain so praying everything is okay. Anyone have anything like this?
