Please help! Warning graphic photo

Hi everyone I am 30 weeks pregnant with baby number 3. I just went to jump in the shower and felt something fall out of me onto the floor when I looked down this was there 😭 I have slight cramping too which started after this happened! What could this be anyone have any experience?
