Can you mix different brands soaps, lotions, wipes for baby?

So at our baby shower we got different kinds of soap and lotion gift sets as well as different kinds of wipes... is it ok to use different stuff or just use one brand until the baby is older? Thanks

I use all kinds. as long as baby doesn't have a reaction it's fine.

the base ingredients are likely very similar in most brands, a variety shouldn't matter unless they're sensitive to something
