Working out
Hi October mommies!! I'm a few days shy of 23 weeks and now I feel like I have some energy to start working out. Before I found out I was pregnant I was working out hardcore....then I wanted to wait until I knew I was clear of miscarriage risks so I haven't worked out since about 6 weeks pregnant when I found out. Any of you mommies just starting? If so tell us some of your best preggo workouts!! Let's motivate each other! :) thanks!!
